Client Policies

1. Consultation & Service Fees
Consultation and sourcing fees are non-refundable. Any applicable service fee will be communicated before services begin.

2. Payments
Payment must be completed according to the invoice or payment instructions provided before an order or service is confirmed.

3. Personal Shopping
Personal shopping is $50 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. Additional time may be billed according to the hourly rate.

4. Custom Decor Bundles
Bundles are customized to each client’s style, preferences, and budget. Final selections and pricing will be confirmed before purchase.

5. Orders & Product Availability
Product availability, pricing, and shipping times are determined by the retailer and may change without notice.

6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds for products are subject to the individual retailer’s policies. Service and consultation fees are non-refundable.

7. Client Communication
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, responding to requests, and reviewing selections before purchases are finalized.

8. Agreement
By booking a service or purchasing a customized bundle, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
